Dear followers,
Today marks a very important day of remembrance in the Wizarding world. It’s a day to mourn, to reflect, to recall all that we lost but also won. Time heals and dulls the ache in many of our hearts, but what Severus and I experienced that day will never fully leave us. It leaves its mark on us all - a mark that magic cannot always heal.
Today, I’m grateful for my loving husband, beautiful children, and that I’m still here to have experienced all the good graces life has brought me in the aftermath of war. I’m a truly lucky person, and, as much as this day grieves me, I also have a great deal more to be thankful for.
Other families haven’t been so lucky, though, and I hope that, wherever you are, you will take a moment to remember those less fortunate and keep them in your prayers and thoughts. They need it today.
